Pimmy 4.3  - What's new

IMPORTANT for 4.0 users

Since version 4.1 and so in this 4.3 too the configuration file and the address book file format have been changed and will be converted at first start of this version. The new files could not be read by the previous versions of Pimmy . The old files will be kept as "Pimmy.cfg.48" and "Pimmy.dir.2". Before installing this version please carefully read chapter Important note on Pimmy update and configuration files.

4.1 and 4.2 users

Compared to version 4.1 and 4.2 no format changes have taken place so you can go back from 4.3 to 4.2 or 4.1 in any moment. In this situation any group in the address book will be converted to a contact with the member list as address and SSL connections info will be lost.
